What I wore to school, and then a wonderful dinner at a Japanese restaurant that my friend introduced to me. This photoshoot was taken in school, as are most of the greenery shots in my photos, just so you know :D I love the amount of land my school has. They’d better not build more buildings on such precious mosquito-infestation sites!

Black bubble pinafore // Kosit
Turquoise leggings (120 denier) // online
Black flats // Cotton On
Red lion watch // gift (Swatch)

Big slabs of walls like this are almost like gigantic crusty fossils :D

I bought these amazing knee-high patterned socks from Cotton On that go waaaay beyond my knees (people thought they were leggings!) and I have no regrets for the $13 shelled out.

Well actually I do. I should have bought more. orz

When I was younger, I’d pester my neighbour to read and translate for me Mandarin-translated volumes from the Sailormoon manga– because she had the whole set and could read it, I was still grappling with Mandarin, and mainly because she was a very patient saint.

Btw my favourite character was Sailor Mercury because she was made of blue and smart ^^; Hair-wise though, Sailormoon took the prize.

Two friends and I went down to a workshop to learn more about a graffiti competition. When we stepped into the room, one teenage boy exclaimed quite loudly, “Whoa.”

Lololol what an entrance XDD

I suppose we were a weird combination- a chilled out dude who could probably trump bouncers in size, a quiet boy with a different dress sense, and a girl with patterned legs. Also, we were perhaps at least six years older than ninety percent of the people who attended the workshop.

Black tube top // Mugigae
Grey floral scoop tee // AE
Black shorts // bYSI
Black argyle leggings // gift (London)
Black shoes // gift (Cotton On)

Omg you can see my ribs.

And I suppose my legs are pretty plump, so that’s good because I’m not skin and bones everywhere :P

Once I met a friend of a friend. That friend later on took our mutual friend aside and asked her if I was eating. Well it’s understandable that she thought that considering how I’m pretty much all skin and bones, but this and people force-feeding me more than is acceptable isn’t really helping my self-image hahaha!

Actually The Boy doesn’t like it when I point out my flaws. I like to make fun of myself because it’s more fun than making fun of other people (you never know who might take things seriously and blow up). But I try to explain that talking about your flaws and being satisfied with your lot can be mutually exclusive stuff… or can’t it?

p.s. btw we won third prize in the competition! I wore the same outfit sans leggings, so this is probably my get messy outfit XD

Looking a bit like a school teacher :P

White floral ruffle shirt // gift (I.T.)
Checkered skirt // Malaysia
Blue swallow elastic belt // Accessorize
Black shoes // gift (Cotton On)

The Boy sculpted this out of the animal plastic mask we bought a few weeks ago. It’s very heavy ^^;

To be or not to be :P

I love the flare of the skirt. Have to be careful of windy days though! :P

Also, the very shiny FashionJazz tagged me for an award. Thank you! I know, ’shiny’ is not a word usually used to describe people, but you just have to check out her blog to see what I mean XDD

Patterns-galore! Also, have always wanted to take an outfit photo in front of this big brain in school, but there are always people around. This was taken sneakily during class when everyone was hidden in the labs :P

Blue checkered shawl // Bigi
Green cloud pin // made by a friend
White printed singlet // gift (Bangkok)
Pink tulip skirt // Sixties
Black ribbon netted leggings // Topshop
Black shoes // gift (Cotton On)

The Brain is my favourite character out of the cartoon show. He’s so neurotic it’s cute to see him trying to deal with Pinky <3

Oh man I want to watch the series again XDD

Other news, is it just me or does Firefox has problems with Blogspot? I gave up commenting yesterday because all it said was ‘Bad Request, Error 400′. It’s still the same situation today, and I suddenly remembered that I still have Safari which works fine (but I love my Firefox so it’s quite a sad problem I’ve got on me hands) ^^;

It’s not the first time I’ve had problems commenting on Blogspot, and it makes me wonder if I should move over and hope that commenting gets easier once I become one with Blogspot hahaha! There are also pros to moving, being able to customise my layout being a major factor, while the con is my inertia to leave WordPress because this blog is one of a few under my account and I like having everything in one big umbrella. Argh decisions.
